Delete your Earnli account

In the app (fastest)

Open Earnli → More → Settings → Account & data → Delete account & data. You’ll confirm by typing DELETE. This permanently deletes your business profile, invoices, estimates, clients, jobs, and photos, and signs you out everywhere.

Without the app

Email info@earnli.app from any address with the business phone number you signed up with, and “Delete my account” in the subject. We verify ownership by texting a confirmation code to that number, then delete within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What’s deleted, what’s kept

Deleted: your account, team members, clients, jobs, invoices, estimates, change orders, photos, and notification tokens. Kept where the law requires: payment records held by Stripe (their retention rules apply) and anonymized text-message logs we must retain for telecom compliance — these no longer identify you. Details in the privacy policy.
