Terms of service (draft)
The final terms will plainly cover:
- What Earnli is: invoicing, estimates, and text-to-pay for your trade business. You do the work; Earnli handles the paperwork and the payment link.
- Payments: processed by Stripe under your own Stripe account (Connect Express). Funds settle to your bank. Stripe’s standard card fees apply; Earnli never takes a percentage of your invoices.
- Plans: Free (3 invoices a month, watermarked), Solo ($19/mo), Crew ($49/mo, up to 5 seats). Cancel anytime in the app.
- Texting rules: messages to your clients are transactional only, respect quiet hours, and honor STOP/HELP. You’re responsible for having a basis to contact the people you invoice.
- Your data: your invoices, clients, and photos are yours. See the privacy policy.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program name: Earnli. Earnli sends transactional text messages only. If you receive texts through Earnli, they will be one or more of the following:
- Billing notifications sent on behalf of your contractor — invoices, payment links, estimates, change orders, payment reminders, and payment receipts.
- Sign-in codes (one-time passcodes) when you sign in to the Earnli app.
- Team invites when a business owner adds you to their crew.
Message frequency varies by billing activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel and opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also reach support at info@earnli.app.
