Privacy policy (draft)
Earnli helps trade contractors send invoices and get paid. In plain terms, here is what we expect the final policy to cover:
- What we collect: your account phone number and business details; the client names, phone numbers, and invoice details you enter; payment events from Stripe.
- What we don’t do: we don’t sell your data, and we never take a cut of your invoices.
- Your clients’ data: you are responsible for having a basis to contact your clients; our texts are transactional only and honor STOP and HELP.
- Payments: card processing is handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers. Payment and tax records are retained as the law requires.
- Deleting your account: you can request deletion of your account and data (invoices, clients, photos); payment records stay with Stripe as required by law.
Text messaging: Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We use phone numbers solely to deliver the transactional messages described in our SMS terms.
